KeyManager (presently in the 3.6 version) is software for management of key systems of any size and any type (central cylinder system, group key system, general key system). At present, it is used both by large concerns, banks, airports, the largest housing cooperatives and managers of small tenement houses. The system is not limited to receipt of and archiving operations related to keys and cylinders. The modern architecture allows the user to receive an immediate answer to the following questions:

• who has access to a given room,
• who is in possession of a given key,
• which rooms does a given person or group have access to,
• what key(s) is (are) needed to gain access to one room or a group of rooms,
• management of temporary access zones,
• management of electronic rosettes and mechatronic cylinders,
• programming electronic rosettes and mechatronic cylinders,
• and many, many others.

The statistics and printing functions allow the resources to be listed and documented. All the documents are available in the printed form, and print forms can be freely adjusted to the needs of the user. The hierarchical structure of rooms and persons enables not only transparency and easiness in using the software; its users may also gain rights to manage the respective groups of persons, rooms or key systems. The timetable with the reminder function allows the keys to be given away for a limited period of time. The ideally developed and implemented, editable key plan allows the system functionality to not only be printed out and analysed, but also it allows the new locks and functions to be planned independently. The access matrix for mechatronic and electronic systems allows to determine who, on what day and at what time has the right of access, and to which rooms. Owing to the built in order module, the user has a possibility to expand and complement their system freely, and to order additional parts (cylinders and keys). Owing to the built-in data export and import functions, the software may be used for key systems of any producer.
